4. As a breeder, how do you give back to the breed?

5. What breed clubs are you involved with and how?

6. Do you show your dogs in conformation or do other sports such as agility?

7. What are your goals as a breeder?

8. How do you select your sire & dam?

9. Do you breed to adhere to the standard set for by the Yorkshire Terrier Club Of America and supported by the AKC?

10. Are your pups AKC registered and who pays the registration fee?

11. Are you an AKC Breeder Of Merit and/or a Bred with H.E.A.R.T breeder?

12. Are the parents DNA profile registered with the AKC?

13. What health testing have the parents had? Do you do OFA certifications? Do you do genetic screenings?

14. Are the puppies tested for a genetics panel? Who pays for the test?

15. What veterinarian do you use?

16. Do you dock tails and remove dew claws?

17. What worming & vaccination protocols do you use?

18. Are the puppies microchipped before they go home? Who pays for their lifetime registration fee?
